R for recycling, DT card for ABC Christmas Challenges

This time the theme at ABC Christmas Challenge
is really brilliant!

R for Recycling and Ribbons or Rhinestones.

Now you got the chance to get rid of some of the
stuff you have collected 'in case of...'

Our wonderful sponsor for this challenge is
Digital Delights.

The random picked winner will receive
3 digistamps of their choice.

The girls at the team has been really creative
this time, jump to the ABC Christmas Challenge
blog to see their wonderful creations and tips.
And I'm sure you will be inspired.

This is the beginning of my project.
A tin can opened in the wrong end.
(Well it really started with a dinner or something)

The pic is taken late at night.

Here you can see the altered tin.

For a long time ago I found a tutorial at Tussan's place.

I have used Stuck Up the Chimney from our sponsor Digital Delights.
He is a dream to colour.
I have added Stickles on the white of his clothes.

The edge punch is from Marthe Stewart,
the white snowflakes are made with the same punch.

The papers are from Maja design.
The sentiment on the tag is a freebie from Create with TLC.

The ribbon is from my stash.
Note the expire date on the box. I have had it for a while.

The back side with home made flowers decorated with rhinestones.
Annette has a great flowers tutorial on her blog.

The round sentiment is from Magnolia, the sentiment on the tag
is so old that I can't remember where it's from.

Inside some of my favorite chocolates.
You have to fill the box as one of the first things you do.

If you are lucky-as me- there is going to be some left overs!

Nok min favorit lige for tiden.

Bagsiden i kendt stil.

Jeg har brugt sketchen fra Simon Says Stamp Challenge.
Den er roteret 90 grader.

Yes you Can-Can!

klippet ud i mønsterpapiret.

Inspired by a book or a book cover , DT card for FFF.

Friday again and time for a new challenge at
Fairy Fun Fridays!

Hannah is hosting today and she wants
you to be inspired by a book.

I think it is a faboulous theme.

I also have some exiting news for you.
Roberta has been a busy lady lately and
made a lot of new images.

They are not to be found in the shop yet but
during next week or so, they will be available.

But you can get a sneek peek, because the Fairy
Princess has made some wonderful cards
this week with some new digistamps.

I have been inspired by this book - well to tell the
true the inspiration was the other way round.
I saw Fisherman Lewis, and knew at once that
he was my man. (Don't tell my hubby.)

Then I just had to find a suitable book!

"Getting started fly fishing!"

Fisherman Lewis, isn't he handsome?
The papers are "Archaic" from Basic Grey.
Great papers for a man's card.

Embellishments are from Basic Grey and Tim Holtz.

The text on the tag is computer generated, and
means directly "bad fishing luck".

Used the same way as "break a leg".

This is my first attempt to make
clouds as background.
Bev has made a cloud template
and a great tutorial here.

The inside with space for a regard.
I tried to make it look like a photo
with photo corners.

The backside a bit like the front.
As always.

I have used this sketch from Sunday Sketch & Stamp.

Challenges:

When my card was almost finished I decided
to add some Glossy Accent on
Lewi's glasses and on the water.
So I did, and after a while I was going
to take some photos for the blog.

Big surprise!

By a mistake I had added Crackle Accent!
Look at the poor guy's glasses!

After a while I managed to laugh, and started
printing and colouring once more.

So Fairy Prinsesses, that was why I was a bit
late with my card this week.

Take care!

Anything but a card, DT card for DDCC

Welcome to a new challenge at Dutch Dare Card Challenges.
This time we want you to make

Anything but a card!

Our sponsor for this challenge is Chi Chi Memories,
who have given the team some images to play with.
Thank you a lot.

I have never tried to make a bookmark before.
I found a tutorial at Splitcoaststampers.
It was so easy to make, this was my first but for
sure not the last.

I have used Splash of fun candace
from Chi Chi Memories Design.
She is so sweet.

Here you can see the back side.
The lovely bright papers are "Splash" from Echo Park Paper.

Visit the DDCC blog and have a look at
the projects my team mates have made.
I'm sure you will get some inspiration.

ABC Christmas Challenge, midway reminder Q is for..

Just a quick post to remind you about the

Q is for Quote

challenge at ABC Christmas Challenge.
You still have a week to join in.

You can find more information about the challenge
and our wonderful sponsors here.

I have used Edwin from Magnolia this time. I have placed him
in front of Wham's song tekst "Last Christmas"
It's also a Magnolia stamp.

If you know the song I will guess you are singing by now!

I have made a blue frame with two Spellbinder dies.
Edwin has glitter on his wings.

The lovly papers are from Ladybug and Friends.

Inside a sentiment from Norsk Stempelblad.
The ones I always uses!

The backside with my personal stamp.

I just wanted to show you a close up of the
beautiful flowers from Kort og Godt.
I have coloured them with distress
and put them together with some small
pearls on a string.

I have used this sketch from Simply Magnolia, wonderful!
Thank you.

LOTV Bryllupskort.

at styre min begejstring!

inde blandt blomstene uden at ødelægge noget.
